It's all in Japanese. LOL... But I get the idea by looking at the photos. Thanks for sharing.

I heard from someone that you have one-touch open and close all windows for E34 and E32? Is this true? I would be interested...

This is interesting for me at the moment. I have nothing but hot air coming from the drivers side windscreen and face level vents. The other vents are all ok and run from whatever I set on the controls.

Ive had the sword replaced to handle the fans blowing only on max and Ive had the heater taps replaced with a second hand unit which I was told was working, however I still have this problem. All my research has pointed to dodgy stepper motors, but Im wondering if its worth doing this to see what state the valves are actually in.

Does anyone have any thoughts ?

maybe a broken stepper motor or bracket?

I got a good used one. It is most likely the valve is stuck. You can try loosening up that motor mounts and tap it with a hammer to loosen up the piston.

Ive tried the 'hit it with a hammer' trick and still no dice. Im tempted to pull it all apart and see what state its in anyway. But I also have quite a lot of noise coming from the dirvers side only when I start the stop the car which could mean issues with the stepper motors and/or brackets
