I'm doing the ol' 5 speed swap on a 94 530i. Bought a used flywheel; problem is used flywheels don't come with the bolts and the bolts are not sold by bmw. Since I had an auto I never had the flywheel bolts to begin with. So I need those pesky t60 flywheel bolts for that damned dual mass flywheel. I think the flywheel for this car was used on the 3 liter v8 from 92-96. Not sure but bolts may be the same on a 4 liter? If anybody has a set of 9 used flywheel bolts lying around I'll give about $30 for them

I'm wondering how they were removed?
I would use an internal hex bolt instead of chasing unicorns.

Thanks for the tip.

I think two sizes were used, M10 & M12, which would account for the confusion surrounding which tool, T55 or T60 is used to lossen them.
So, whichever size bolt screws into your crank and some measuring to determine length. gr 8.8 bolts at least.
The original bolts are "captured" in the dual mass flywheel so I'm very curious as to how they were removed in the first place.
