Are they any good? Wouldn't a new throttle cable be required to make the most of them? $28 delivered to the US, wonder how much they are to the UK.....

As I just installed a brand new throttle cable this afternoon I wanted to recommend doing it to anyone who's accelerator pedal feels anything but light and free..

I was unaware of how much mine had stiffened up over time until a BMW Dealership tech drove my car and said he couldn't believe how difficult my gas pedal was to move.

The cables of course come with a brand new rubber bushing so you'll need to cut that one off to use the aluminums. I did have them installed already. I suppose the best advantage is their durability. The originals will break down over time and your cable will be droopy and maybe bind .. Just email the seller and ask him.. his name is Tom if I recall correctly. Paypal friendly. Transatlantic shipping really isn't that much. I've ordered CD's from Germany,England,Switzerland and Austria with shipping being maybe $10 USD.. or thereabout.

Honestly if I were you and going to replace the Cable I probably would pass on these only because the new ones will last quite a while.. You'd probably end up paying more for the whole deal than for the new cable ..
