Remanufactured Clusters... Source?

I don't have the time or knowlege to fix my ever failing cluster/bulbs myself, and I know that there are people out there than do this type of work as a business. These services would send you a remanufactured cluster with payment and a deposit. You receive the deposit back when they receive the old cluster. I can't find this service anymore, does anybody have a source?

Don't waste your money.
I have a known good cluster from a '90 525.
You'll need your coding plug and illumination bulbs. I can put new bulbs in for parts cost if you like.
