Went over to the electronics shop today and picked up a few parts
1. Mini-banana clips
2. Micro momentary normally open switch
3. Stereo wire
4. Heat shrink tubing

The rest is pretty self explanitory from the pictures. I used about 10 feet of stereo wire so I can sit in the car and verify that the oil light has reset

If anyone is interest in buying one of these already made I can make them for about $8 USD that includes shipping. Pm me

I made the same thing a few years ago but no button. I just get my partner in the car to see if its reset.

very well done. I used a piece of wire for the same task before i bought a Peake tool so I could also read/reset codes.
