My driver's side fog light lens tried to eat some road kill and now has a hole in it. Can these be had separately? Anyone have a good used one for sale?

I dont think there are any spare driver side lenses left, they seem to always take the hit. Lots of pass sides around.

Here is a link to a site for replacement lens http://www.bmwlight.com/bmw_e34.htm

I got tire of the oem glass ones cracked by road debris, have replaced them twice before I found these. I've now had these for about 7 years on my 92 525 and about 2 years on my 95 530. No discoloration, now more cracks. Held up pretty well.

Replace the whole unit. Cheap as chips second hand:

not too sure about these...I used these when I changed my headlight lens (before the ellips) and they bubbled on the inside from the heat...

crap if you ask me...then again I could have just been the only person in the world to get a bad batch!

I say keep an eye out on eBay or take a trip to the yard

I have bought these replacement lenses. Very nice quality and pretty easy to install. Bust out the old lens. Clean the old glue off. Silicone the edge, place the lens. tape it in place, let it sit for 24 hours and reinstall. Only thing is they are polycarb not glass.

I have now seen at least three different styles from three different peeople. I may have to replace both sides to be sure they match. Anyone know what the deal is on the different types? 1990 535i.
