Vary nice. Big enough to park two and loads of room for big jobs on one. I don't know what I'd do without my beloved garage. Wait, I know, I'd build it :D

Congatulations, enjoy

Ah, what the hell, heres my little garage when it was just completed and I was moving stuff in,

Nice, nothing like having a place out of the elements to work on our babies

Hey Kibokojoe,

I was wondering...did you notice a considerable difference when you changed the engine and tranny mounts?

I mean your dog bones were due (as were mine when I changed them) but when i went under my car the tranny and engine mounts looked okay...no cracks...but they may be compressed...couldn't tell as I do not have a control

I recently had the engine and box mounts done on my E31 as they were shot:

While not the same car, the effect I imagine would be the same - it was like day and night the difference before and after! Much snappier throttle response and the nose just felt a lot more solid while shifting on and off drive.

Yeah I only drove a couple of miles but have not noticed a big difference with respect to the engine and tranny mounts. One of the engine mounts was pretty cracked but the other looked fine. Will keep that one for emergencies. The tranny mounts looked good not cracks. Wonder if the PO replaced any of these in the past. Well anyway it gave me peace of mind and I got to clean in these areas. Need to do a engine drivetain detailing this summer. Can't find a site with a good write up on engine detailing.

Big difference with the dogbones. I have a sharp right hand corner uphill on the way to work and she flew through the corner with minimal slide. Fantastic.

Caliper rebuild this weekend can't wait.
