Whether just pulling out of the driveway or within the first tens of feet after a stop/brake, I can hear a low level clunk under pretty minor steering. No 55-60 shimmy, even with Blizzaks still on. Any guess? Lower control arms done approx 2 yrs ago with pretty low mileage on them.

could be the swaybar links. i was going to say the balljoint on the lower control arm, what about the bj on the upper control arms?

Did you tighten the big nut on the steering column (that is located above/behind the dash knee panel) - that causes a lot of problems if your front end is pretty new? This is pretty painless and often overlooked.

I have the same, and everything up front is brandspanking new! So I´m guessing steering column nut too!

There is another thing that cause that click/clunk... that is the dogbones on the rear. Cheap dogbones click/clunks like crazy when devoid of grease.

Sure sounds like the swaybar links.

or the notorious nut behind the wheel. My first guess is swaybar links then ball joints. to check the ball joints get the car moving very slowly and jab the brakes, do it in forward and reverse. If there is a clunk its the ball joints (somewhere) if no clunk than most likely sway bar links.
