Well new to me anyway. Found this car 150 miles away in Grand Rapids MI. It had a bad transmission. Thanks to my friend Shawn we installed one from 1990 parts car, then changed out valve body because 89 cars had eight pins and 1990 trans have seven. Then after trying three different trans computers we put the 89 one back in and it works very well. On to the pics. Too cold out to wash her now so you will have to view the salt brine. Just one spot of rust on the passenger rear wheel well.

Will try and get more/better pics up when she is cleaned up. Interior is the best I have seen for a car this old. Cars like are not easy to find under 1000.

I want to credit Johan735 for the nice write up and pics showing how to exchange out the valve bodies and make the swap of the trans work.

Nice, denny. You should be all set for another 20 years.
