Cold Start Stalling when shift to R

I am noticing that my car takes about 8 seconds to start up during cranking and once it starts, it is kinda rough. When I shift to R, the tranny shifts and then the engine stalls... if not died during the stall, then it will runs. If the tranny shift and engine completely stalls, I can still restart and then shift to R and go about and no problem for the rest of the day... I think.

It is cold here... in the teens

What do you think this is? I am thinking CPS

I don't know if it's related but my voltage drop (you know...) doesn't present itself until I shift out of P and I have to crank a little longer to start than it should also. Sometimes it idles funny first thing. (shrug?)

Good idea... I'll check into the voltage drop. Maybe it is the battery.
