I put in a new set of injectors from last christmas that made no difference to my M50s drivability problems. Its not either the Crank Sensor or the Cam Sensor or aTemp sensor. Maybe the FPR. Maybe the FP. Everything else has been checked. I have a new set of twin electrode NGKs, all $50... worth. Ouch! Once it runs stops intermittently choking and spluttering, I'll have my 2009 Christmas!

You mean Christmas gift for my E34? :) I got the DDM HID kit for low beam and fog lights (8000k 55w for low & 6000k 35w fog). Does anyone have HID for high beam?

There is no high beam option with HID because they take too long to warm up and get bright. It's just not practical until someone can figure out a way for them to turn on instantaneously.

hey rick!

congrats on the DDM they are awesome and sure light up the road!

as far as the high beams go...I would stay away from that unless you will be leaving your high beams on for a long intervals...

the reason i say that is bc the xenon gas needs to 'excited' which takes about 5 seconds...so the high beams will be useless if you want to flash something for a sec or two

I would stay with the stock...especially if you have DDM on the low and fogs!

I noticed you got the 5000K and 8000K

can you please take some picks of the end results please?

I have the 4300K and VERY VERY happy with the end product!

That makes sense. But 5 seconds seems little long. Xenon on my M3 comes on within a second but I believe it takes few seconds to warm up as it gets brighter.

I ordered DDM HID kit just over a week ago and haven't recieved it yet. But as soon as I do, I have them installed and takes some photos. I'm anxious to see how they look. My neighborhood gets pretty dark with no street lights.
