Since I rebuilt the front of the E34, I am curious who else has a red e34.

Maybe there is someone else with a zinnoberrot red??

Post if you have them!!!

Live it up!

I have a Calypso red one as well. Just with a bit of cancer on the sunroof and trunk lid.

I don't have a red 89 535, but a 89 silver. I was just wandering if you rebuilt the whole front end, and how much and where did you get your parts? I see some guys on ebay that sell a whole kit for $269, but don't know the quality. I need to do mine pretty soon, the clunking is driving me nuts. The bilsteins helped, but the ball joints are shot.

Awesome!!!

Theres not a lot of the "Reds" out there. :)

I rebuilt the front(body) portion of the car. I was in a minor accident with a suburban. Came out great!
Thanks for all the posts!!!

Hey I know that car!!!!!

She's a rotfrii 540i/6 transplant from Cali and hasn't seen the salt yet, but this year might have to. A real 10ft car. She's battled some shopping carts and has the scars to show.

Picked her up in San Jose Airport Oct '07 @ 6pm on a Thursday night and drive her back 2200mi to Milwaukee by Sat night. Just couldn't pass her up since my other hellrot 540 was a Midwest cancer survivor and with 200K on the clock had relapsed into some major door/fender rot.

This one is a real work in process just cleaning her up.
She's gotten a new heater core this spring and with that a complete (down to metal) interior detail, a E60 shorty shifter (awesome upgrade for $), all seat cables clipped and (leatherique) leather bath. What a difference.

next to fix headliner and rear shelf, find a good wide grill (mine is dented), and a Good PDR guy ( any ideas?) in the area.

Thanks Josh almost forgot about those pic's.
