I Have unlocked the OBC, have got access to all the codes,

can view the obc speed reading - ie: 100, speedo on dash 95.

can this be adjusted?

what is the "AMPS" actually displaying? the measured load on the alternator???

Everybody will have that discrepancy because cars are manufactured that way, relative to regulations. So, although mine shows 120 km/h, I'm actually doing 109 km/h, as also reported by my OBC.

You can also get correct speed readings with the SPEED button on the obc. While at your cruising speed, press S/R and it will show your current speed instead of just the average (makes it recalculate the average speed from that point in time).

My guess is that it would be illegal to adjust your speedometer.
