First time I saw a low rider was in LA during the late 70s. They actually had a practical side. The owners would lower them to the pavement so no one could steal the ride. 63 ceby was the most popular model then. I actually would rather see the dancers up close then the car.

I think its pneumatics actually, tends to be more responsive
