What owuld be the fair price for a working instrument panel from a junkyard. Guy is quoting me $65

check the prices in the auction house. I have seen them more expensive and less expensive.
And the prices depend on the location of the junkyard. If there is only your car which needs such stuff or if many cars of that model are there in your area, so demand and .... is all.

I think under 100 is fair - ebay has them for less than 100 from many suppliers.
I bought mine from Vines many moons ago.

seems 65 is decent then. I will haggle nonetheless since i will be pulling the part myself

$65 isn't bad as long as you know it's good. I just paid $40 for mine that I pulled out of a local part-out. You may want to have new bulbs ready to go in, just so you don't have to pull it again for a while.

They are on ebay UK from £30 to £60. (I think £60 is a rip off). You guys seem to get your parts cheaper than we can anyway:( So I'd think somewhere around USD 50 including postage would be about right?
