My mother is selling her minty 2001 740iL. It is Stratus Grey with black leather interior, and has 147,XXX miles. The car drives absolutely mint but has some slight issues that are listed below. The car has recently had a full brake service and had the transmission replaced less than 5,000 miles ago due to a slight slip from 1-2. The entire front end has been replaced, and the cooling system has been taken care of as well.

This car is gorgeous and has been pampered by my mother. Obviously never beaten on, it has great looks thanks to the staggered M-Pars and also the rear valence (which I believe is racing dynamics) which includes dual exhaust. She has been looking for something sportier, and has decided on a newer Audi A4.

Thousands of dollars have been dumped into this car to get everything back to pristine. The body has just been gone over and is absolutely immaculate. The car currently only has a few finishing touches needed to get it perfect:

- The front cup-holder tray is broken. The sliding tray no longer stays in all the way. I believe the tray has to be replaced.
- The rear passenger door sunshade has a broken clip, which caused the shade to retract into the door panel. I'm assuming this is just a new plastic clip for the top.
- Slight shimmy upon braking, believed to be common maintenance issue control arm bushings.

This car is pretty loaded with options. It includes the power rear sunshade, heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, heat/massage driver seat, navigation screen, and a sirius satellite radio reciever has been installed also.

The car also has the factory 17" alloys fitted with Dunlop SP Winter Sport tires, with only one season on them. The M-Parallels are staggered and fitted with staggered Michelin Pilot sports, less than 5,000 miles.

This is truly a luxurious car that gets looks everywhere you go. It has HIDs in the low beams and a beautiful yellow tone emitted from the fogs. My mother simply cannot put any more money into this car. Nearly EVERYTHING has been replaced and then the bushings became worn and the shimmy began less than a week ago. She had been looking for a smaller sportier car for a couple months and this is the perfect excuse to finally pick one up.

The car is sold as-shown (with the 18" M-Parallels mounted and 2nd set of wheels with snow tires) for $15,900. If you would like to buy it with the 17" wheels and snow tires mounted, not including the M-pars, the price is $13,900.

We feel this is a great price for a gorgeous car, I'll let the pictures do the talking. I will get pictures of interior and under the hood/trunk up in the next couple days. My mother has already brought an A4 home that she is looking forward to buying and would like to use the money from the sale of this car towards it, so if nobody expresses interest in the next couple days, the car will most likely be traded in at a huge loss.

Please contact me via PM, and I will be more than happy to give my phone number to anyone interested. Car in located in Canterbury, Connecticut.

Thanks,
- Jeremy
