The year to have the car molded and painted is now.

Im quoting prices on some particular body panels...

Right front fender
Front grill/headlamp bezel panel(from fender to fender)
(section panels)
Right Rear dog leg rocker, rear most of rear door from at bottom to midway of wheel arch section.
Right side lower rocker Center to back section
Left rear taillight lower corner section

I had it quoted already and Im approved for a 30yr fixed loan low apr, low payments. So, the money situation is covered. ;)

Thanks for those who have references and sources.
I cant wait to attend a car show with the classic. ;)

Cool. Hopefully you can post some pics of the process and some before/after shots. While on the topic of body work; I’ve always wondered how much work/cost involved in stripping an E34 down to the chassis plus doing an acid dip and galv/zinc coating. A buddy of mine did this to his 72 Porsche 911. I think doing an E34 would be far more involved.

I will for sure post pics up. Niiiiicceee, The skys the limit as far as paint/body yeah?

I was estimated 7k, cars from midwest and an 89. And! The car was in a rear end collision at one time. The trunk lid isnt lined perfectly.

7k isn't too bad. Have seen pics of an E31 respray that was done around here last year that was slightly over 20k to do. But it was black, and a lot of work was put into smoothing it all out (it'd been pressure washed w/grit from a building next to it and then pressure washed to "rinse" the concrete/grit off).
