Drivers side door lock won't double lock, locks automatically after first unlock.

Whenever I unlock my car, it immediately locks itself! Also, I noticed that my drivers side lock won't double lock, it won't even turn that far anymore. Related?

that is a sign that the microswitch does not give a correct feedback signal to the GM.
Could be the microswitch or maybe a broken door bracket. Remove the door panel and have a look.
OR broken wire loom from A-pillar to door.
OR broken wire loom from trunk to inside the car, usually this happens on the touring.
