fuse for icv?

is there a fuse or relay for the idle control valve
or anything that controls the idle?

this is because my idling problem does not happen everytime
there are times when it works perfectly, at times, it would
just die.

i have been seeing bad fuses lately, some look ok but the part that it is
supposed to power is not working. tried changing it then it was ok.
so was wondering if this is related to fuses or relays

I don't think there is a fuse, maybe check the connector? Old electrical connectors and things like this tend to fail off and on before they go completely IME.
