E34 homelink console install

I just got one of these homelink modules from a 740.
Any idea how to install this, the wiring? and fitting into the current area above. It looks like there's room there.

If by current area above, you mean the center panel that has the sunroof switch in it, then I don't think this module will fit because the sunroof motor is right behind it. It'll be easy to pop that panel off and check, though.

I barely had enough room to install E38/9 LED mood lights in there..
