I think it is ET20, But need confirmation.

Yes, that's an ET20 wheel. Looking up the part # on realoem confirms it, as does the IS20 stamp.

Thanks alot.

I was thinking the IS20 meant the offset but had to be sure.

Now I have to decide if I will like the look on my 91 535i.

They are e60 m sport rims, for a pretty good deal here in chicago.

They will probably look similar to mine I think if I'm right here... But mine were replica's so they didn't have the small gap in the spokes.

Offset depends on the width of the wheel... not the diameter.
