Wisconsin Autosports Group is hosting ice trials at Hustisford, WI. on lake Sinnissippi Sunday 1/18.

This looks like great fun. I'll be carrying the E34 torch.
A BIG mistake by me was to buy street studded tires for this. No class distinction is made between street studs and serious bed of nails kind of studs. I'll be classed with these guys and should expect to be killed badly.

I'll be ice racing my car on the 25th in New Hampshire - no studs tho, just winters. I used to race it on the Lachine Canal in Montreal, only it didn't get cold enough to freeze it properly last year. It's tons of fun, damn those Scoobies.

The scary thing about the event I am going to, is it's organized by the CCA, and it has a class for ALL-SEASON TIRES. WTF!

Aw, bring the fiver, I'll share 1/2 my set of studded tires. I spoke with the organizer who said he'd create a class with three entries. So far I'm the only dope on street studs.
