much work in my opinion for what you would gain... that bulkhead is welded in ,if i recall correctly. But it was an option for the e34 even though you don't see many like that.

Ive seen them on the net before , but not here in az.. I have seen a e39 here with the pass tru option though... just like a honda accord.:)

There's quite a few here in the UK. A 535 that I found at a breakers yard had this kit fitted. It's nothing special really.
