Concern: temp gauge pegs to Red while city driving. Normal temp while on freeway and at 3k RPM

Replaced Headgasket after fully reconditioning head professionally, replaced T-Stat, water pump, fan clutch, flushed out small cooling system hoses.

Cause: Restriction in Radiator.

Tell Tale Signs: Obviously overheating in traffic/city driving. Temp normal range with high RPM and when on freeway. Cooling system inlet/upper hose to Radiator swollen and the outlet/lower hose size is normal. No abnormal drivability issues. While using a "block tester" test tube on top of reservoir the test tube was pulled into a minimal vacuum which lead to believe of a restriction.

I wanted to update everyone interested and or have/had similar concerns. Those looking for an answer and for some experience on what to look for. Happy to state its finally fixed.

Thanks for reading hope my info helps.
