Rear Headrests

Has anyone installed these in their E34: EBay Power Rear Headrests (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170282577099&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT&viewitem=)? I have a write up on installing the mechanical rear headrests, but didn't know if these would be that different, even if I don't get the power function to work.

First of all, looks like the cover plate that fits on the shelf is different and might require cutting of the shelf where the switch goes. Those may have been used on a reclining rear seat. Other than that, it should fit the same. Never done it but it looks interesting. Useless, but interesting. Cheap, too, if you were the winning bidder.

E32 rear headrests are very different to the E34 ones. There was an option for electric rear headrests for the E34, but they are different to those ones.
