bad deal

Hey guys I parted out my 94 540i after I crashed it CAR TOTALED IN THE FRONT BY THE WAY .I put parts list on here and had people pay through paypal. I had several people buy parts, I had one guy buy (power steering pump & aux water pump) while here in Florida on vacation from CANADA. this guy drove from west coast of FL to Miami and never had a problem with any thing.
Illnisue bought my springs no problem

Now the problem I sold the tranny w/ tourge converter (rebuilt 7/03), complete exhaust from headers back, windshield wiper motor, plugs for side marker lights,

extra stuff I sent sunroof motor, extra headlight plugs & I dont remeber what else I threw in there just being nice.
This guy bought a 540 w/ no tranny at all and had local shop put it in and says it's bad. I said ok refund $750 & callit even I figure could have been towd wrong & tore it up . then he says the side marker plus aren't there & I sent the wrong sun roof motor & not the wiper motor & now want a full refund

Has he gotten a 2nd opinion on the tranny? Was it tested after the wreck?

darren when I saw the way the tow company pulled my car out of there shop with a forklift and just rammed it under the front and dragged the car out to be taken to the shop when he said it was burned up I was leary but also given the way the car was handled right in front of me who knoews what they did to tow it 25miles

not sure but as I told darren I was thinking it may have been abused by tow co thee only check was to see if cracks but when wreck happened I drove it out of the road with the front tire jamed agaist the right side of bumper I dont think a bad tranny would do that we could not push it when we got it to the shop had to pull bumper to move it
