View Full Version : Can you retrofit an older m30 oil filter houseing on a newer e34 m30?

My check valve is shot. Car is taking way to long to build oil pressure in the morning. Can I use an older m30 (e28) vintage filter housing on the later m30 ?

Guess not - looking at where the engine mount hits the engine.
