Hello all,
I am the proud new owner of a 1981 323i. Although it started as a 323i, it was modified to a H&B 327s. (M20 Block) It needs a new water pump, and the gentlemen told me I purchased it from that the intake manifold and head need to come off the do this. The engine is a 6 cylinder, 327s, 2.5 liter. Dose anyone know if the engine needs to by dismantled in this way? I want to try this myself. Any advice would be great.
