A while back I got some 3M 'plastic' headlight protectors for my E34. They were circular disks that 'glued' on to the lens just covering it nicely.

Can anyone tell me if they are still available? Link would be appreciated. I would like to get a set for my 'new' E28.

Thanks,

Robert

Don't know about shipping to Australia but here's a good source:

They also have them specifically for the E34 including other front lamps, and in colors, too. Just punch in your year and model info.

Hmm. They list an Australian dealer/installer here: http://www.xpel.com/products/dealersearch-world.asp?country=Australia&submit=Submit

Lamin-X. The original.
Thin film, just the same protection.

I recommend it to my detail clients all the time.

+1 for Lamin-X (3M makes the film for them). The E34 kit is great.

The Australian dealer address is only 2 miles from my house. How convenient is that?

Since thats no issue they are all over Ebay, maybe have them shipped to someone close to where your son will be.
