Manual trans fluid?

I have a 1993 525i w/ a 5spd, my question is can I use a Castrol Dexron 3 Mercon ATF fluid for my 5spd manual trans fluid? Just did a clutch job and want to change out all fluids also...thx all Brian.

yes. that is the factory recommended fluid.
