Anyone heard of high frequency transmission noise through AC condensate vent tubes into the vehicle interior? This was noted as a proplem in the TIS on the 1991 525ia. The fix is to extend the vent tubes with BMW 8x13mm hose and secure with cable ties.
Anyone done this? I think I am going to try it for grins. I think 1/2 inch heater hose may work. Not sure it will make any difference in noise. I do try to reduce interior noise as much as possible.
