Was in danger of being sea-sick looking at the test-rig pics. But uncle Ferdi knew a thing or two about motors! What he didnt perhaps know was that his mate Adolph would bring out a tax so everyone could subscribe to and acquire a people's car. Of course he used the money to build tanks instead. As Michael Caine didnt say, not a lot a people know that:D

As a result, engineers can evaluate all engines systems as well as the new dry-sump oil system, which utilizes a variable-flow pressure pump, under the rigorous driving conditions of the Ring without actually going to the Ring.

That reminds me of my experience at the Ring some years back, when we had a drivers training. I used the new 5 series of a German friend for that. Apparently these centrifugal forces were too much for the E60 and we got the red signal warning oil level/oil pressure. :D
