Been working on the Bracknell site for 2 days now, and just about to step on my break find this:

There's less than 75% of the damn car in the bay!

If someone sees this car on the road, run it off the road for me please? I'm already getting site security involved.

"It's only a scratch"
"That's not the #@%Ģing point!"

I 'heard a rumour' that brake fluid is an effective paint stripper

Hope there was no damage to your car from the numpty wagon.

goddamn theres a lot of air in those tires, nothing like a pebble under a valve cap partially screwed down to remove excess air :D

that is just beyond ridiculous, vandalism is called for.

It's alright, security are *sick* of people doing damage in this carpark, they're on the hunt to kill now.

They aint happy.

Fortunately for me, every staff member's numberplates are recorded in a central database so they'll be 'having a word' shortly.

These are the same inconsiderate *******s that leave shopping carts(trolleys) to roll around the parking lot damaging others property.
In my youth I might have retaliated with one of the suggestions here, or perhaps just a booger on the door handle.

What you need is a trailer hitch.

A really big one

Nucking Futs! It can get tight parking here in Chicago, so I use this technique once in a while: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdzxWGPhpXw

The old 'stop-when-you-hear-the-bump' trick.

wow. thats just dumb, aint even a tight spot. I wouldn't call that hit and run though, they didn't run. Most people would at least back up after bumping into you (bumping into another car was considered an acceptable practice at my school because of the extremely tight parking), so I don't think this calls for vandalism or deflated tires, just a nice "chat." Maybe they were drunk. Or perhaps it was easier to just leave the car there than write a note. Who knows..

That happened to me. however it was parallel parking, and the mini cooper squeezed into the spot behind me. then, to make things worse (or easy for me?) the left the car there. I took photos, confirmed my paint was on his bumper, and filed a loss report for my car. Now we're pursing the other party, who of course, is denying the entire incident.

I wouldn't let that incident get away.

About 3 months ago we were having Gale force winds here, the kind that you couldnt work under your car for fear of it falling off the axel stands. One evening we went down to our local Tescos (Biggest supermarket chain in the UK) and we were sat watching trolleys race across the car park scratching up anything in their path... they were getting upto a good 20 mph or so as well, so they were leaving some impressive scratches down the sides of vehicles.

I left the wife in the car with the engine running and strict instructions to get the hell out of the way if a trolley made a bid for my car, and went inside and dragged the store manager out to watch the carnage. She wasnt impressed as there were supposed to be 5 people on trolley round-up duty and they were nowhere to be seen.

As much fun as that'd be, it'd be very hard work - the Bracknell office is a 1,500+ personnel office and there's a lot of real estate to cover :/

That and I'd probably get done for harassment :D

what an absolute idoit. It scares me t think that
a) people are that bad/careless parking
b) they are so unaware of things they actually leave thir car parked like that!
On the other hand did they park without their park brake on and it just rolled into yours?

Good question, I didnt actually check their handbrake!

However that space is on a slight incline and when I removed my car it didnt roll off anywhere... unless it was still in gear it didnt seem to have much movement.

Twat.

Touching bumpers like that is bad enough but leaving it for you to come back to is taking the piss. More than likely a tosser that thinks he's untouchable. People like that need slapping no questions asked.

I'm also with Winfred's pebble idea... x4.

Thanks, that's great. I couldn't afford the paper needed if I were to post one on every car that deserved it. Part of the reason I drive old cars.

i just remembered one thing my dad would do in our old chevy van when someone was in his space, he'd ease up till touching then lay on the power and push their car out into the aisle, this was like 25 years ago and in winston salem nc usually at the hanes mall where we had a restaurant

In the days before the disabled commandeered all the prime parking spots a fellow with an MG decided the first two spaces at a very busy shopping mall belonged to him so parked diagonally across both.
Having several strong friends along it was decided to punish the offender.
Without damaging this asshat's car we lifted it and set it across the high wide curb at the end of "his" aisle leaving all four wheels off the ground. We were applauded by the other shoppers.
