One year ago today (July 10, 2008) I bought my '94 530i.
I sold our Nissan Quest mini-van for $3,300 and turned around
that afternoon and bought my e34 with the cash.
...never looked back.
Right now she is only 165 miles away from rolling 200,000.
She even made it into BAV's contest as the "Winner! BMW in Summer."

She's not perfect. The list of needed maintenance is growing longer, but I love this car.
Soon she can take a break when I get my '82 320i back on the road.
Sorry for the useless, feel-good post...but if we don't celebrate these things who will?
