What is Full VPC? What came in the Premium Package?

That makes sense VPC = Vehicle Protective Cover. Didn't they do that for all vehicles?

What is 100% Pack and in the Premium Package I wonder?

1995 525i preminum package incuded spoke wheels, OBC, wood trim, leather seats, leather door panels and leather door pulls. I am at the office and my 95 brochure is at home so I am not completely sure.
