If you're not there, you're either dead or in jail.....and if you're in jail - BREAK OUT!

I've been using BimmerNut for a while now, with a redirect on Bimmer.info to bimmernut during this long transition period from one server to another. Bimmer.info is still server from my house (unreliable).

Nice logo though, I like it.

Problem is, I've already been warned by BMW once that I can't use the Roundel symbol. Next time, they say they will take court action.

Maybe I should take a closer look at their letter to see if using the symbol without the BMW around it is still OK?

I can't believe in this day and age that these companies are pushing back on the very groups that help them sell their products. Same licensing crap is happening in the model airplane world where the manufacturers want license fees for likenesses of their aircraft. Amazingly, in prior years they looked at it as free advertising.

It will be the same as for any business.
You cannot use the "Roundel" unless BMW say so.

BUT, their "Roundel" is blue/white with black surround and the wording BMW.
This is just a black/white stylised printing registration mark that happens to be similar.
