Radiator Question 530i m60

I just found out where the coolant is coming out of. There is what appears to be some sort of plug under the the hose attachment. when i stick my finger inside the hole and move to the area it seems to move. Is there a fix or is this terminal.
I plan on driving 12 hours and dont want to chance a problem.
Your help is appreciated greatly.

The main line on the radiator?? The neck of the radiator that the hose mounts on is notorious for breaking... sometimes you can do a hack fix but most likely gonna need a new radiator... or else the hose will blow off and you'll lose all the coolant
