View Full Version : E32 Rear Center Armrest on E34

I got it in perfect EXCEPT for the mounting bolts that secure it to the car. I dont have holes for it and my drill cant go through the metal, any way to clamp it or something?

It's not the drill, it's the bit. Sharpen or get a new one. Even a cheap bit will cut if you use lots of pressure and slow speed. The chip should be in a continuous curl.

My car came with a centre armrest in the back. Dont you have to cut lumps out of the seats to make it fit? Just curious

I dont see an attachment either. You want me to take a pic of the rear arm rest and post it? Anyone wants pics of inlet manifold removed plse say so now and I will take some. She got a new camera:)

Yep, its also a storage device rather than just a solid armrest. It came from a E32 740iL
