well i've been looking for the wire to my kickdown switch for almost a year now, and it turns out i don't have one!
a small atf leak turned out to be coming from where the kickdown cable goes into the housing. had it replaced at bm exclusif where norbert told me and showed me it's not an electronic switch on the zfhp22 transmissions but it works with a cable attached to the throttle body.
anyway, just a fyi in case anyone else is like i was (ready to tear out the whole floor to find the thing!)
i'm glad i went looking or i wouldn't have known about my soaked carpets until the middle of last winter.
