Can you change out ball joints on the control arms?

I have existing lememford (sp?) arms and new grunt bushings but the ball joints on the arms are no good. So my question is can i buy new ball joints and have the urethane and ball joints pressed into existing arms.

I really can't afford new arms thats why i'm asking

You can get new arms without bushings and put your grunts in them.
