K-Mac Camber Plate install

Tomorrow I'm installing K-Mac Plates in my E34. I was wondering if there are any tips to make it smoother.
I was looking at the parts and there is a spacer, does this part replace the upper strut mount? I think this is a dumb question just curious though.

Does anyone have any assembled pics, from with the suspension out of the car?

I have a Sach Performance Kit:
And I guess my car is maybe not straight to have the camber off at -2 degrees on one side and -1 on the other. Ideally is around -0.5
