no cooling pressure

so i fix my faut 1215 and my idle problem...now I'm not getting any coolant pressure...replaced water pump and heater control valve...but it tested it with a multi meter and it didn't seem to get any voltage......so i jumped it and the auxilary pump and still no cooling pressure ...any help ???
im gonna go crazy..
