Where would be the best place to order OEM parts after looking the part numbers up on the realoem website?? BMA?? BavAuto?? There seems to be an undeveloped ordering function on their website as I can't seem to figure out how to add items to my cart. Thanks for your insight.

pelicanparts looks like the one for me. I was specifically looking to replace the seat cables to permanently fix my freakin' seat twist. My current ones are so mangled from previous attempts that I am just gonna start all over. Practice makes perfect. ;)

www.autohausaz.com

www.pelicanparts.com

You would do good by checking the prices on these sites and then CALL your order in to BMA. Talk to Yves (pronounced "Eve") or Patrick. A called in order will afford a discount, especially if you tell them you know JR...=)

Check out http://www.mileoneparts.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214336 and www.bmwautopartsdealer.com for their prices too.
http://www.bmwparts.com/ also can order parts, but is usually more expensive.

Complete list of online vendors if you want to shop around

I buy from Autohausaz.com
bavauto is most expensive usually.
Pelican Parts has more items than others, also often small items which no other ones has.
www.rockauto.com is also worth to check, especially when it comes to reman parts.

When I found out I can literally copy and paste a part number from realoem to pelicanparts and the buy that part; I died and went to heaven. :D

I like the service and quality of parts I've purchased from autohausaz, but I don't think they have every single part you see on realoem.

As with BMA, just call them and most of the time they'll just order the part, even if not listed on the website.

Mileoneparts.com for dealer only parts, or Pelicanparts.com for stuff you don't need to get from a dealer.
