There's one posted in the classifieds for around 20K$, in the Toronto area. I wonder if it sold... It's a German spec car. Seemingly a bargain compared to...

if only it didn't cost another 10-12k to get it registered in the US.

It's a supply and demand thing. If there's a buyer out there that wants one, I'm sure they'd be willing to pay the price. Federalizing these things appears to be quite a process. Also, this particular car looks to be in great cosmetic shape as well. I'll bet that the reserve is right around 31k. Let's see if the bidding get that high.

I'm sure the guys at euromcars.com are watching this one as they've got four M5T's in the U.S. conversion pipeline right now...

It may be expensive but its looks pant-wettingly good! Not too keen on the interior colour though.
