Alright, I've read several posts here there and everywhere on alternatives to o2 sensors (typically 5.0 mustang part). BUT, it always seems to be the M30 that is discussed. I've got to repair the exhaust and thought that a new sensor for the M20 would be prudent (the car has 237k).

Has anyone purchased a Ford or other manufacturer's part as a cheap o2 sensor replacement? Your experience would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Roland

Bump. All search returns only talk of the M30 and M50.

The oxy sensor is quite important. I would buy OEM and not even one without the wire loom plug. Here is one on sale and you do not replace them every 2-3 years, so the small price difference does not matter.

ebay would be the best bet, i found that the oem or a/market ones on ebay are incredibly cheaper.

if your not from the US just jump on ebay.com and 95% of the time if you ask if they'll ship worldwide they will.

imo i would get another, esp if your worried
