i would check at BMA, it might be really cheap to replace.

i think the photo speaks for itself... the bottom piece is from a good working regulator but the arms are not interchangeable. if i can just figure out how to replace that stupid little plastic wheel i won't have to dig through slushy scrapyards to find a whole new regulator. - it's from the left rear door.

If the wheels are the same size you could drill the rivet and try to bolt it on.
Have you tried looking at sliding door rollers at the local hardware store?
maybe you'll get lucky.
BM doesn't sell the wheel seperately.

BM doesn't sell the wheel seperately.i thought of that but i think a bolt on the wheel would really mess things up along the guide, and drilling both of those rivets would suck. i'm off to another hardware store today... sliding doors... nice one...
if not i might cut the whole good arm and try to attach it to the old one - worth a go maybe. hopefully i won't need a front pass regulator anytime soon.

the biggest pitbs were

-drilling out the rivets that attach the regulator to the door
(i had done that previously)

-clamping the unwieldy regulator to the table so i could drill and hacksaw it.

-clamping the other regulator....

-getting the repaired 'franken-arm' to fit into its guide and under the other arm.

i used 1/4 x 1/2 bolts or they would have been too long.

pretty easy if you happen to have a spare regulator and a fresh hacksaw blade.:)

That's the kind of ingenuity I like. It works, right?

it works perfect - i thought i'd goofed b/c it only went up at first but i guess you need to have the switch on the door connected for the circuit to work properly - drove me nuts for a bit. i greased the regulator guides and siliconed the window guides and now it's the best window on the car! the bonus being that i got to put my door panel back on and now i have all 4 panels on for the first time since getting my muffler installed - definitely the quietest ride i've ever had. sweet! hope it lasts... now i have to figure out what's wrong with the window on the other back door... heh
