Alarm question

Hi All,
I picked up my new baby yesterday (525i 1991) and have had the alarm go off a couple of times for no apparent reason.

Once a couple of minutes after parking in my driveway with all windows and sunroof closed and the second time the sunroof was open.

It also unlocks itself after I lock it with the key and only remains locked after locking it a second time.

Any ideas??
