So I can't pull #17 (ICV) off of #10 (some hose), the imprint in the rubber of #10 shows a clamp WAS there as some point, but there is no clamp. I am trying to use all my might to pull off the ICV to no avail...any ideas? THANKS!

Grab the hose right underneath the ICV and hold it tight. Then take the ICV and try to push it over side to side. Don't twist it in the hose as that won't accomplish anything. If you push it over it should work one side up/out of the hose a slight bit. And when you push it over the other way it should work the other side out a slight bit.

While you're doing this make sure to hold the hose under the ICV tightly so that the ICV doesn't slip back into the hose. If you can squeeze upwards on the hose while you're pushing the ICV back and forth to help the ICV work it's way out of the hose.

don't worry about it, you will be able to fix it. I'm pretty sure (not certain though) the hose goes back onto the intake manifold. I know because i changed it a while ago.

check the Fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. thats the only thing i can think of that takes a small vacuum line like that

the power brake one is too large. the fuel reg takes a 3.3x1.75 which is similar to the size of that "white" one stated on the bellows.

it goes on the intake manifold near the starter motor, i don't have a picutre to show you, but i just looked then. you cannot visably see it from looking into the engine bay

Only a newb really but that thin hose looks very familiar from when I was replacing the 'windy' coolant hose that goes to the expansion tank... I was worried about pulling it out thats why I remember... If your still stuck look on the firewall (or thats what I call it) where the coolant hoses come out of... There should be a small plastic peice protruding out where it should go?!

Good luck anyway!
