Thanks for this Shogun!

Personally I wouldn't recommend Quarry Motors. The "service" I had from them was completly bollocks, cost me money and a lot of time for zero outcome on several occasions. Others may have had a better experience with them but IMHO they're a complete bunch of w*nkers.

FirstChoice is supposed to contact all breakers on their lists and they will get back to you. Tried these a few times with no joy.

I haven't tried QCD.

There is also Sherewood Breakers: http://www.m3spares.com/

Also had bad experiences with Quarry,IMHO try Silverlake.co.uk, they have at least 20 E34 on racks at any one time.

Speaking Of Quarry Motors, one of the people behind it has a beautiful 3.0 CSL coupe. It's featured in the Nov 2007 issue of Total BMW if I remember right.

Cheers,

Shaun M

My experience is quite different. Didnt do any business but they were very helpful. Maybe cos my into came from through one of the guys mums? And they are only in Sheffield. Ok its Yorkshire but I can overlook that if needs must

the cats are attached to the exhaust manifold in the newer bmws
like thishttp://bmwfans.info/original/E70/SAV/X5%204.8i-N62N/ECE/L/A/2007/02/mg-18/ill-18_0692/
you can kind of see the end of the cat just before it disappears under the heat shield
