Don't daddle around, buy the damn things NOW!!! It's a good price, even if a couple of them needed refinished.

At the end of the day, they ARE T-stars, and they ARE cheap.

T-Stars (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-BMW-M5-540-e34-OEM-Throwing-Star-Rims-w-Toyo-Tires_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ66483QQihZ009QQit emZ190186727920QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVWQQtcZphoto)

I've been considering new wheels as My Rondell 58's need unbending again and my real tires are bald. Who thinks these are too beat up to use? I emailed the seller asking weather they're "true" or need straightening ,not interested if they'd need trueing.

8 or 8.5"..

Yah, one has a little bend in it. I really think I like them best of pretty much any wheel I've seen and I'm not eager to get rid of them. This set,if all good and straight with meaty Toyos for $600 could be a workable solution. I had considered Beyern Mesh till i was told they have no lip in 17"
Hmm sorry to hear theyre messed up agian. The 58's are prolly the best looking wheel for an E34 IMO

I was actually waiting for his reply to my question weather they were at all bent. Curb rash and peeling paint in a few places may be tolerable but if my aim is to replace bent wheels I'd rather not do that with more bent wheels.

That sucks that the 58's are bent. They make your 5, imo. I won't see it as "Jehu's 5" with any other wheel :(

Well OK .I agree too though . Plus Gayle loved them too. She said they are "Oh my God" gorgeous,lol.. I'll give the straightening shop one more visit before I decide to replace them.

You can't get them anymore so might as well try again. But don't keep if they're nothing but hassles. Buy me some Tstars and I'll give you mine in perfect shape. :D

Rondell lists them on their website (http://www.rondell.de/Design_0058-1-41.htm). I don't see any reason to say they can't be had.
anything can be had for enough money

Oops, my bad, they aren't sold in America anymore. I should re-read what I type sometimes.

The wheel exchange still lists them on their site. Though I've read people say they state they no longer Import them, john.feore <sales@thewheelexchange.com> told me last year he had them. If this has since changed It'd be a pity.

If you call the wheel exchange they'll inform you that they no longer deal with Rondell.
